If you can’t find what you’re looking for, our team is just a message away.
For now, we only offer local delivery within the Vancouver Lower Mainland during our pre-opening period. As we grow, we’ll expand our delivery zones, stay tuned.
Pre-launch deliveries are fulfilled within 3–5 business days from order confirmation, with coordination via our delivery partners. After opening, same-day and next-day options will become available for select items.
Absolutely. Our exclusive pre-launch offerings are now available to pre-order online. Each bouquet is hand-prepared and delivered fresh to your door before our grand opening.
We take great care with every delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
Due to the nature of fresh floral products, all bouquets and perishable goods are final sale. For retail items, you may request a return within 14 days if unopened and unused.
